The market for personal injury leads is messy and sensitive. Victims of a traffic, workplace or medical accident look for help at a vulnerable moment, while legal representatives need reliable, well-qualified requests. ClaimBazen set out to connect those two sides through a marketplace, but faced two hard requirements.
First, discoverability: leads have to arrive organically, so the site needs to rank well in both classic search results and AI-generated answers. Second, privacy: intakes contain special category data about health and damages, so the data handling had to be GDPR-compliant from the very first line of code.
