NedDev BV (KvK 65641922), established at Den Haag in The Hague, processes personal data as described in this policy. We are the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we process

We only process data that you provide to us yourself or that is needed to deliver our services:

• Name, email address and phone number when you contact us or request a quote
• Company name and KvK number for business engagements
• Technical data such as IP address and browser type through privacy-friendly analytics
• The content of communication you share with us by email, phone or WhatsApp

What we use data for

We use your data solely for:

• Answering questions and drawing up quotes
• Performing agreements and delivering services
• Invoicing and administration, in line with statutory retention obligations
• Improving our website through aggregated, non-identifiable statistics

Retention periods

We do not keep personal data longer than necessary. Quote requests that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 12 months. Administrative data is kept for 7 years in line with the statutory tax retention obligation.

Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data. We only share data with processors who help us deliver our services, such as our hosting partner (Hetzner, EU), email provider (Brevo) and payment provider (Mollie). We have data processing agreements in place with all of these parties.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also object to processing and request that your data be transferred. Send a request to info@neddev.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

We only use functional and privacy-friendly analytical cookies that do not require consent. We do not place third-party tracking cookies without your explicit consent.
