NedDev is a Den Haag digital-first studio founded in 2015 by M. Tufan and O. Arslan. We build SaaS platforms, AI systems and web products for B2B and B2C clients. Twelve of our products are running in production right now, including ClaimHandler, Lexi AI and MemurMaaslari. Studio in Den Haag, clients across the Netherlands, projects in the EU and USA.

THE FOUNDERS

Two people. One studio.

NedDev was founded in 2015 by M. Tufan and O. Arslan. Both software engineers with a background in fintech and legal tech. We chose to stay small because anything else stops being the same studio. No more than five people on any project, founders always directly involved in the architecture.

Over ten years we have built more than thirty products, twelve of which are running in production today. Our clients range from one-person businesses that need their first SaaS MVP to multinationals that want a specific AI layer on top of their existing backend.

Transparent up front.

We share our price ranges openly because it saves time on both sides. An initial intro call with a budget check takes 30 minutes. If it roughly fits, you get a PDF proposal within five working days with a fixed price or hourly rate, planning, phases and milestones.

Landing or marketing site: €2.500 – €8.000
Production website with i18n and SEO: €8.000 – €18.000
Webshop (Shopify or headless): €4.500 – €30.000
Single-tenant SaaS MVP: €15.000 – €30.000
Multi-tenant SaaS with payments: €30.000 – €60.000
AI feature in an existing product: €8.000 – €20.000
Mobile app, native or React Native: €18.000 – €70.000

Hosting and maintenance are billed separately, from €495 per month including Cloudflare, monitoring and security updates.
