NedDev is a Rotterdam digital-first studio founded in 2015 by M. Tufan and O. Arslan. We build SaaS platforms, AI systems and web products for B2B and B2C clients. Products of ours running in production include ClaimHandler, Lexi AI and MemurMaaslari. Studio in Rotterdam, clients across the Netherlands.

THE FOUNDERS

Two people. One studio.

NedDev was founded in 2015 by M. Tufan and O. Arslan. Both software engineers with a background in fintech and legal tech. We chose to stay small because anything else stops being the same studio. No more than five people on any project, founders always directly involved in the architecture.

Since 2015 we have built our own products and client work side by side: websites, webshops, SaaS platforms and AI applications. Our clients include SMEs, healthcare organizations and foundations.

PRICE AND SCOPE

Transparent up front.

What a project costs depends on its size and scope. That is why we start with a 30-minute intro call, including a budget check. It saves time on both sides. If it roughly fits, you get a PDF proposal within five working days with a fixed price or hourly rate, planning, phases and milestones.

What mainly drives the price per type of project:

Landing or marketing site: the number of pages and how much custom design it needs
Production website with i18n and SEO: the number of languages and pages
Webshop (Shopify or headless): the choice between a theme and headless, and the number of products, languages and integrations
Single-tenant SaaS MVP: the number of user roles and integrations
Multi-tenant SaaS with payments: the tenant isolation, the payment flows and the number of roles
AI feature in an existing product: data quality, integrations and the validation work involved
Mobile app, native or React Native: the features, the platforms and the backend integration

Hosting and maintenance are billed separately, as a fixed monthly amount including Cloudflare, monitoring and security updates.
