NedDev follows a fixed seven-step process from intro to post-launch iteration. A typical SaaS project takes 8-12 weeks from kick-off to first customer. Weekly demo sprints on Friday, milestones agreed up front, a founder always involved in the architecture. We work in Linear for planning, GitHub for code, Slack for communication and weekly video demos on Tella or Loom.
30 minutes to understand the goal, scope and budget. No sales pitch, just concrete questions about whether we are the right team for the project. If it is not a match, we refer you on.
Within 5 working days you receive a PDF proposal with the approach, planning, phases, milestones and price. Fixed price or hourly rate, your choice. The proposal is readable for non-technical people too.
Weekly reviews, fast feedback loops. Work is visible from week 1 on a staging environment. No weeks of silence between kick-off and the first delivery.
Production engineering with test coverage, code review and a CI/CD pipeline. We host on our own Hetzner infrastructure with Cloudflare in front for edge and security. Lighthouse CI on every deploy.
Deploy to production including SEO/AEO setup, schema implementation, sitemap.xml, robots.txt and llms.txt. First customer happy from day one.
Ongoing support from €495 per month including monitoring, security updates, dependency upgrades and first-line support. Sentry and uptime monitoring run 24/7.
Growth experiments, new features per sprint, A/B testing of conversion flows. We stay involved as long as it adds value. Our average client relationship runs more than three years.
