We schedule a first intro within 5 working days. Once the proposal is signed off, the build usually starts 2-3 weeks later. For urgent projects we can move faster, as long as we have capacity.
Yes, we have clients across the EU and USA. Communication in Dutch or English, invoicing in EUR or USD. Time zones up to 6 hours apart are workable; for anything further out we run things asynchronously through Linear, Slack and weekly video demos.
Yes, technical second opinions and architecture reviews are €145 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. That includes a written report and a debrief call. Handy for an outside view on your current stack or for due diligence during an acquisition.
