The Brainport region with tech startups and industrial clients. From The Hague we drive over for kick-offs and work digitally on ongoing development.
NedDev works from The Hague with clients in Eindhoven: web, SaaS and AI development from €2,500. Short lines, even though Eindhoven is just over an hour by car. The Brainport region is full of tech startups, high-tech manufacturing and R&D companies. We schedule monthly on-site working days for ongoing projects and build scalable SaaS, web apps and AI applications that match the region's pace of innovation.
Web development in Eindhoven revolves around technology and innovation. Eindhoven is the heart of Brainport, one of the most innovative regions in Europe, with high-tech manufacturing, chip companies, R&D departments and a dense layer of tech startups. NedDev builds SaaS platforms, web apps and AI applications for this environment.
Companies in Brainport are technically savvy and ask sharp questions. That suits us well, because we like talking about architecture, data flows and scalability rather than just looks. We build software that grows with you and connects to the systems already running in a technical environment.
Eindhoven is just over an hour by car, so we schedule on-site working days in blocks and keep short digital lines for the ongoing work.
The Brainport region leads on technology, and that calls for software that can handle that level. We work for startups building a first product, for scale-ups that want to make their platform more robust, and for industrial companies that want to surface data and processes through smart web apps. The common thread: it has to be technically sound and keep working under pressure.
We build on a scalable stack and think about architecture from the start. For a technical audience that is not a luxury but a necessity. One example of a technically challenging project in our portfolio is JinSulate, where AI and geometric calculations come together, and Cor as a multi-tenant SaaS platform.
Do you understand technical challenges in Brainport? Yes. We are builders ourselves and enjoy talking about architecture, data models and performance. For technically savvy clients that is a relief, because we can go into depth and do not stay stuck at the level of a marketing site.

In Eindhoven, AI is not a buzzword but daily practice. At the same time, we see that many companies wrestle with the question of where AI genuinely adds value and where it is mostly noise. We take a level-headed view: we apply AI where it solves a concrete problem, for example processing documents, analyzing data or automating routine work, and not as a goal in itself.
Our AI development combines language models with deterministic logic, so the outcomes are reliable and repeatable. That is exactly what a technical organization wants: not a black box, but a system that is explainable and does what it should. We often combine this with a modern Next.js front-end and a scalable SaaS platform.
How do you make sure AI outcomes are reliable? We combine language models with fixed, verifiable logic wherever we can. For things that have to be exact, such as calculations, we do not let the model do the math freely but use deterministic code. That gives you outcomes that are reproducible and do not differ from one run to the next.
Our internal stack packages for multi-tenant SaaS. A Laravel + Filament starter, an audit-trail engine, and a tenant-impersonation package that runs across 12 clients.

14 EXPERIMENTS · LIVE DEMOSYes. Eindhoven is just over an hour by car from our The Hague studio. For ongoing projects we schedule monthly on-site working days, so we have a block of continuous time on location for working sessions, demos and coordination with your team. That often works better than separate short visits, because we can really go into depth on technical challenges. For the day-to-day build work and the interim coordination we collaborate digitally with short updates and video calls. By scheduling the working days in blocks we keep the collaboration personal and the travel hours limited, which is reflected in the planning and the budget too.
A website at NedDev starts from €2,500. For SaaS platforms and web apps, which many Brainport companies ask about, we draw up a tailored quote because the price depends on the architecture, the number of users, the integrations and any AI components. We work with a fixed price per phase that we agree up front. For technically savvy clients we are happy to explain how we arrive at an estimate and which choices affect the cost. We often advise starting with a defined part, so you can assess the collaboration and the technology before investing further. That way you build up to a full platform in a controlled way.
We usually schedule an introduction within a week, by video or combined with an on-site working day in Eindhoven. After you approve the quote we typically start building within two weeks. We work in short sprints, so you see the first working parts or a proof of concept quickly, which is handy in an environment where fast validation matters. Do you have a hard deadline, for example around a product launch or a grant application? Let us know at the introduction and we will plan around it. We are honest about what is feasible and prefer a realistic schedule over empty promises.
