For ongoing projects we schedule monthly on-site working days, so we have a block of continuous time on location for working sessions, demos and coordination with your team. That often works better than separate short visits, because we can really go into depth on technical challenges. For the day-to-day build work and the interim coordination we collaborate digitally with short updates and video calls. By scheduling the working days in blocks we keep the collaboration personal and the travel hours limited, which is reflected in the planning and the budget too.

For SaaS platforms and web apps, which many Brainport companies ask about, we draw up a tailored quote because the price depends on the architecture, the number of users, the integrations and any AI components.
