NedDev works from The Hague with clients across Rotterdam: web, SaaS and AI development from €2,500. Short lines, because Rotterdam is fifteen minutes by train from our studio in The Hague. We can be at your office in the city quickly for a kick-off or working session, and we build scalable software for the port, logistics, maritime and SME sectors.
To us, web development in Rotterdam means building software with the city right outside the door. NedDev is a The Hague studio and delivers websites, web apps, SaaS platforms and AI applications for companies in and around the city.
Rotterdam runs on its port, logistics, maritime, construction and a growing creative sector. That mix calls for practical, dependable software rather than slick talk. We build on the NedDev stack (Laravel, Next.js, Tailwind) and host on our own European infrastructure, so a Rotterdam client is not dependent on an agency on the other side of the country.
Because Rotterdam is so close by, we can drop by more often than the average agency. That saves meeting hours and keeps a project moving in the right direction faster.
Our studio is in The Hague, fifteen minutes by train from Rotterdam Centraal. For a Rotterdam client that means dropping by for coffee, a whiteboard session or a demo is easy to arrange. We see that personal contact makes the difference between a project that stalls and one that pushes through.
Rotterdam has a no-nonsense mentality of its own, and that suits the way we work. No endless meetings, just a working prototype you can click through, fast. We build for port and logistics companies that want to automate their planning or invoicing, for construction firms that want to manage quotes and projects digitally, and for SMEs that need a new website or webshop.
Our projects start from €2,500 for a solid website and run up to complete SaaS platforms with user management, payments and reporting. We work in fixed sprints with a clear price agreed up front, no surprises afterward.
Do you also work for the Rotterdam port and logistics sector? Yes. A large part of our experience is in planning, document processing and connecting systems. In the port and logistics sector especially, automating manual work pays off quickly, and that is exactly the kind of custom work we like to take on.

We start small and concrete. First we map out what the problem is and who is going to use the software. Then we build a working part you can test right away, instead of waiting months for one big delivery. That way of working stops you from paying for features nobody uses.
For Rotterdam clients we often combine a modern Next.js website with an underlying platform or an AI component that takes over routine work. One example from our portfolio is ClaimHandler, a complete SaaS platform we built from the ground up, including invoicing, document signing and integrations.
How long does a typical project take? A website is usually live within four to six weeks. A SaaS platform or AI application takes longer, but you see working parts within the first few weeks. We deliver in steps, so you can adjust course along the way.
Our internal stack packages for multi-tenant SaaS. A Laravel + Filament starter, an audit-trail engine, and a tenant-impersonation package that runs across 12 clients.

14 EXPERIMENTS · LIVE DEMOSYes. Our studio is in The Hague, fifteen minutes by train from Rotterdam, so for Rotterdam clients we are on-site quickly. We are happy to drop by for an introduction, a whiteboard working session or a demo of an interim version. Many clients appreciate that we do not only work remotely but also sit down in person when it helps. For the day-to-day build work we collaborate digitally with short updates, and we schedule on-site moments at the points where personal contact really makes the difference, such as the start of a project, key decisions and the handover.
A professional website at NedDev starts from €2,500. The final price depends on the scope: a compact business site with a few pages sits at the lower end, while an extensive site with multiple languages, a blog or integrations asks for more. For SaaS platforms and AI applications we draw up a separate quote based on the features you need. We always work with a fixed price per phase that we agree up front, so you know exactly where you stand. There are no unexpected bills afterward, and you decide which parts we build and in what order.
Because we are based in The Hague ourselves, we can usually schedule an introduction within a week, often sooner. After you approve the quote we typically start building within two weeks. We work in short sprints, so you see the first working parts quickly instead of after months. Are you in a hurry because of a deadline or a running campaign? Let us know at the introduction and we will look at how to speed up the planning. We would rather take on a project we can do well than make unrealistic promises about the schedule.
