The challenge at Gratis Letselschade.

Personal injury is a fiercely contested search market. Anyone aiming for organic visibility competes with large injury-law firms across hundreds of long-tail queries: by accident type, by injury, by region. Hand-building landing pages for every variant is not sustainable, and thin pages simply do not rank.

The second challenge was the intake. People reporting an injury share sensitive details about their health and the incident. That intake had to be GDPR-compliant and yield usable leads for affiliated lawyers, without losing visitors to a heavy or confusing form along the way.

— APPROACH

Our approach.

We built a programmatic SEO funnel: a data-driven page architecture that generates a relevant landing page for each search intent. One template, fed by structured data on accident types and situations, kept hundreds of pages manageable while every page stayed genuinely unique and useful.

The intake was designed as a staged form that guides the visitor step by step. Data minimisation, explicit consent and clear purpose limitation were built in: only what a lawyer needs to assess the case. Qualified requests flow on to affiliated firms through a partner model.

What it delivered.

The result is a scalable lead-generation funnel that pairs long-tail visibility with a clean, GDPR-compliant intake. The programmatic setup makes it possible to add new accident types or regions without hand-building a page each time.

For the affiliated lawyers it means a steady stream of pre-qualified requests through the partner model, with the sensitive intake data handled correctly. The visitor gets a low-friction, transparent path: from search query to the right firm, without needless hurdles.
