Immersive Studios

4 businesses, 1 design system. Gym · care · beauty · staffing.

Immersive Studios Multi-business design system
In short

Immersive Studios unites 4 businesses (gym, care, beauty and staffing) under 1 shared design system. Each brand keeps its own face while sharing components, colors and patterns. This keeps maintenance consistent and scalable, and makes every website feel recognizable as part of the same group.

— CHALLENGE

The challenge at Immersive Studios.

Immersive Studios runs four brands across entirely different sectors: a gym, a care division, a beauty studio and a staffing arm. Each brand carried its own tone, audience and visual language, yet together they had to read as one house. The question was how to let four websites coexist without building four separate projects that drift apart in technology and look over time.

Without a shared base, every copy change or new brand means starting from scratch. The real challenge sat in that balance: a distinct face per brand, but one maintainable foundation underneath all of them.

— APPROACH

Our approach.

We built a single design system rather than four sites. Shared components, layout rules and interaction patterns live on the NedDev stack with Next.js and Tailwind, while colour, typography and imagery are set per brand through tokens. The gym shares the same button and grid logic as the care division, yet each brand gets its own dark, confident character.

Per sector we selected fitting photography and motion on a shared accessibility baseline. A change to one component flows through to all four brands, without diluting each one's individual identity.

— OUTCOME

What it delivered.

The result is four businesses on one design system: gym, care, beauty and staffing share the same foundation while each stays recognisable as its own brand. A new page or brand expression builds on existing components instead of beginning from nothing.

Maintenance became a single, central task: one place for the engineering, four faces to the outside world. The organisation can add future brands or campaigns within the same structure, without spinning up a separate project each time.
