Schade Expert Ease

Counter-expertise marketing site. SEO copy strategy · conversion flows.

Schade Expert Ease Counter-expertise client-acquisition site
In short

Schade Expert Ease is a client-acquisition site for contra-expertise that turns visitors into requests. NedDev built an SEO-driven text strategy and clear conversion flows, so people facing damage claims quickly find the right expert and get in touch. The result is a discoverable marketing site that delivers leads instead of merely informing.

Not just client work. Our own products too.

— CHALLENGE

The challenge at Schade Expert Ease.

Contra-expertise is a service people only look for at a bad moment: after fire, water or storm damage, when the insurer has assessed the loss too low. The client had to serve two very different visitors. Someone who already knows their rights and is searching for a counter-expert, and someone who has just suffered damage and first wants to understand their options. The existing copy was technical and distant, full of jargon like fire-consequence damage and reassessment. That failed a stressed reader and ignored the strongest argument: by law, the insurer must reimburse the cost of the expertise.

— APPROACH

Our approach.

We built a static marketing site on the NedDev stack with Next.js: fast and easy to find. The real weight sat in the copy strategy. Based on marketing advice, we rewrote every page around relief: you do not have to do anything, we handle it all. Four pillars lead the way: checking the assessment, understanding the policy, easing the pressure and finding hidden damage.

We stripped out jargon and every euro figure, since those create false expectations. The free nature, anchored in Dutch civil law article 7:959, took a prominent place. Conversion flows became less binding: no-obligation contact by phone, WhatsApp or form instead of a hard report-your-damage button.

— OUTCOME

What it delivered.

The site now speaks to both audiences in the same human tone. The hero names the pain and the reassurance straight away: your insurer refuses, we make sure you get what you are owed, with no worries about cost. Each damage page carries its own specific copy fitted to the topic, with no mechanical find-and-replace pattern.

The result is an acquisition site that explains, reassures and invites contact rather than scaring people off with jargon. The mix of a clear SEO copy strategy and low-threshold conversion flows keeps the barrier to taking the first step as small as possible.
