This B2B client processed all worked hours through spreadsheets. More than 40 separate Excel files moved between sites and projects, each with its own columns, formulas and manual entry. Numbers were retyped by hand, no change could be traced back to its source, and a single after-the-fact check took days.
The request was clear: replace that sprawl of loose sheets with a reliable flow where timesheets arrive, get read and validated automatically, and where every adjustment stays verifiable. Not faster copy-pasting, but a redesign of the entire chain.
