EwinHelpt

Rights support for migrant workers. Multilingual advice flow · partner network of lawyers.

EwinHelpt Multilingual rights-support platform for migrant workers
In short

EwinHelpt is a multilingual legal-help platform for labour migrants. Through a multilingual advice flow, workers quickly learn what they are entitled to. A connected partner network of lawyers takes over the legal case when needed. This makes legal help accessible, in the user's own language and without barriers.

— CHALLENGE

The challenge at EwinHelpt.

Labour migrants often get stuck in the Dutch legal system: they don't know their rights, aren't fluent in the language, and have no idea which lawyer to turn to. EwinHelpt wanted to remove that barrier with a platform that makes legal help accessible regardless of the user's native language.

The core of the brief was demanding: build an advisory flow that works just as clearly across multiple languages, stays legally accurate, and ultimately connects the user to the right lawyer from a partner network. Not a static FAQ page, but a guided route from question to suitable legal support.

— APPROACH

Our approach.

We built the platform on the NedDev stack: a Laravel backend with Filament to manage the partner network and advisory content, and a Next.js frontend for the multilingual user experience. The advisory flow is set up as a step-by-step question route, fully translated per language so the legal meaning stays identical across every version.

The i18n architecture was central: texts, legal terms and flow logic are separated from the code, letting lawyers and editors review content per language. Matching to the partner network is handled in the backend, so a completed advisory flow refers the user precisely to a lawyer with the right specialism.

— OUTCOME

What it delivered.

EwinHelpt gained a working multilingual legal-help platform where labour migrants can explore their own situation and then reach a lawyer from the partner network in a focused way. The advisory flow guides users step by step toward suitable legal support, in their own language.

By separating content and flow logic from the technical layer, the platform can keep growing: new languages and additional lawyers in the network can be added without a rebuild. The result is an accessible entry point to legal help for an audience that normally struggles to find its way in.
