Loss adjusters working on damage claims relied on scattered folders, email threads and manually signed deeds. Cases stalled between intake, time tracking, deed signing and invoicing, and no one had a clear overview. The client wanted this consolidated into one platform able to serve multiple firms, with strict data separation per organisation.
The hard part sat in the legal detail: a deed of assignment must be signed in a legally valid way, billed hours must match the invoice, and sensitive case data can never leak between tenants or to staff without the right permissions.
