GrasGroen BV

Landscaping business website. Local lead generation · WhatsApp integration.

GrasGroen BV Landscaping B2B website
In short

GrasGroen BV received a B2B landscaping website built around local lead generation. Companies request a quote directly via WhatsApp, without a form barrier. The site pairs a clear service structure with strong local discoverability, so regional clients find GrasGroen faster and reach out more easily for maintenance and green-space projects.

— CHALLENGE

The challenge at GrasGroen BV.

GrasGroen BV handles green maintenance for businesses and property associations, but most enquiries still came in by phone or word of mouth. Online the company was barely visible for local searches, and there was no clear path for a prospect to quickly request a quote.

The brief was specific: a business website that ranks locally for green maintenance and turns visitors into a contact moment without friction. B2B decision-makers would rather send a quick message than fill in a form and wait, so the route to contact had to be immediate.

— APPROACH

Our approach.

We built the site in Next.js, with a page structure organised around GrasGroen's services and service area. Each service and location got its own findable page with clear local signals, so search engines route the right enquiries to the right page.

For conversion we chose a direct WhatsApp integration: a fixed contact button that opens the request in a channel the prospect already uses daily. Alongside it, a simple quote form for those who prefer to write. Everything fast-loading, mobile first, and checked for accessibility.

— OUTCOME

What it delivered.

GrasGroen now has a business website that is properly findable for local green maintenance searches and gives prospects a clear, low-threshold route to contact. The WhatsApp button removes the gap between interest and a first conversation, which fits how B2B clients in this sector actually reach out.

The lead generation runs through one recognisable channel, so enquiries land directly where the team can answer them quickly. The company moved from passive word of mouth to a site that actively brings in local requests.
